Glass etching is a great way to make your design stand out on things like tumblers, beer glasses or even lanterns and the best bit is it looks way harder than it actually is! All you need is glass etching paste and a stencil, we’d suggest making a stencil of your Free Feather Vector out of vinyl so that it’s easy to apply to the glass surface and adheres well so that you don’t get any ‘bleeding’ of the paste.

Wipe down your glass surface and apply your vinyl stencil making sure there are no air bubbles and all edges are smoothed down. Apply the glass etching paste as per the instructions and leave it to work its magic. Once it’s been left on for the correct amount of time you can wipe it off, remove the stencil, give it a good clean up and you’ll be left with a beautiful feather pattern permanently etched into the glass!
