Store Credit is a convenient way to shop and save money, by topping up your store credit account you can gain additional discounts and rewards. Enjoying our range of products and bundles has never been easier!

Store Credit Terms

By purchasing store credit, you agree to the following terms:

Store credit purchases can only be refunded back to your store credit account or the equivalent in Plus Credits
Store credit balances cannot be refunded or withdrawn
Store credit must be used within 180 days of purchase or the remaining balance will be converted into Plus Credits
Store credit cannot be transferred to another account

After 180 days from the date or purchase, your Store Credit will automatically be converted into Plus Credits at a rate of 1-1. For any balances which are not even, the conversion will always be rounded up to the nearest whole Plus Credit. For example: $1.32 will become 2 Plus Credits. Before the conversion takes place, you will receive an email notifying you.
